Built for a real request, not a portfolio piece
Roster Console started as a direct request from UCLA Football’s coaching and personnel staff: a working tool to manage cap and NIL allocation across a scholarship roster in real time, not a static spreadsheet rebuilt every offseason. It’s since been extended with real CollegeFootballData.com data and demoed with Utah football, adding eligibility-clock tracking and championship-roster benchmarking along the way.
The goal was never a demo. It was a tool a staff could actually open every week and trust.

Cap, depth chart, and pipeline, in one place
Live Cap & NIL Tracking
Real-time allocation by position group, so staff can see exactly where budget is committed and where room remains without rebuilding a spreadsheet.
Depth Chart & Flight Risk
Depth chart management alongside flight-risk scoring and player retention metrics, surfacing where a roster is thin or exposed before it becomes a problem.
Eligibility Clocks & Recruiting Pipeline
Tracks remaining eligibility per player and organizes the recruiting pipeline, extended using real CFBD data during the Utah build-out.
Championship Roster Benchmarking
Compares current roster construction against past championship-caliber rosters to flag where a program is under- or over-invested by position group.
